This is largely due to the awareness of our employees Our health and safety team carry out daily inspections at each of our project sites ensuring full compliance to Modern Insulation Works health and safety procedures. In house awareness is raised on a daily basis in the form of toolbox talks with each department following the monthly toolbox schedule. All items are covered in the toolbox talk schedule such as confined training for the operating gama machine for application of pu foam etc. Third party training is also provided to supervisors with regaeds to first aid. All matters related to health and safety including records are checked weekly by higher management in the weekly health and safety meeting
